This was a Commissioned painting of the inspiring Oregon coast. This log-strewn beach was a welcome challenge to paint! The rocky coastline was filled with marine debris tossed up by the waves that pummel the rocks. The Oregon coastline is defined by sea stacks, the many craggy rock formations that dot the coastline.
